Culinary Arts Finals

All must come to an end.  I am both happy and sad. Happy to take a break from school and all the pressure and sad because culinary arts is one of my favorite major subjects and we just had our culmination.

Enough with all the drama and time for some photos.

well, you might not get it but our theme was Italy. that's what this mustache is about and of course the pizza and the flags. this end is the new start of something amazing.

it's easy

my mom is really a good baker (not to brag) and i think thats where my love for pastries came from. however, the thought of baking cakes is kinda tiring. that all changed when we had our Culinary Arts yesterday and we did baking. i was so shocked that it was really easy. all you need is the right tools and ingredients. also dont forget to bake with TENDER LOVING CARE. LOL. we made butter cake and chiffon cake!!
